Who we are
THERAHAA Wellness is an emotional wellness platform. We provide 36 guided programs, meditations, and daily practices designed to support emotional wellbeing. By using THERAHAA Wellness, you agree to these terms.
What THERAHAA Wellness is not
This is not medical or therapy advice. For diagnosis or medication, please speak with your psychiatrist. THERAHAA Wellness is a wellness platform, not a medical or mental health service. Using THERAHAA Wellness does not establish a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline immediately.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. THERAHAA Wellness cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a program. You may not use THERAHAA Wellness for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Intellectual property
All content on THERAHAA Wellness — including lessons, meditations, bonuses, workbooks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of THERAHAA Wellness. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. Personal use is permitted and encouraged.
Payments and pricing
Each program is charged individually. Subscriptions are available as Monthly ($9.99/month per program) or Annual ($79/year per program). All prices are displayed in INR for Indian users and USD/GBP/EUR/AUD for international users, detected automatically by location. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are subject to change; your locked-in price applies for your current billing period.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds. For technical issues preventing access to subscribed content, email hello@therahaawellness.com and we will resolve it personally.
Limitation of liability
THERAHAA Wellness is provided 'as is'. We make no warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, THERAHAA Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of THERAHAA Wellness shall be resolved in the courts of India.
