Affiliate Programme Agreement

Programme overview
The THERAHAA Wellness Affiliate Programme allows approved content creators, wellness professionals, and community leaders to earn a recurring commission by referring new subscribers to THERAHAA Wellness. Affiliates earn 30% of every subscription payment made by users they refer, for as long as that subscriber remains active.
Eligibility
The programme is open to individuals and businesses worldwide. You must be at least 18 years old. You may not participate if you are an employee, contractor, or family member of a THERAHAA Wellness employee. THERAHAA Wellness reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.
Commission structure
Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on every payment from a subscriber they referred. Monthly plan: 30% of $9.99 = approximately $3.00 per subscriber per month. Annual plan: 30% of $79 = approximately $23.70 per subscriber per year. Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days in arrears, once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50.
Tracking and attribution
Each affiliate receives a unique referral link (e.g. therahaawellness.com?ref=yourname). Attribution is tracked via first-click cookie with a 30-day window. If a user clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you. Attribution is tracked via our affiliate platform (Rewardful). Cookie-stuffing, link cloaking, or other manipulative practices will result in immediate termination.
Permitted promotion methods
You may promote THERAHAA Wellness via your own social media accounts, website, email newsletter, YouTube, podcast, or other owned channels. You may not use paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to promote your affiliate link without written permission. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional materials in accordance with FTC (US), ASA (UK), and applicable Indian advertising guidelines.
Prohibited conduct
You may not make false or misleading claims about THERAHAA Wellness. You may not claim THERAHAA is therapy, guarantees outcomes, or cures any condition. You may not use our brand assets (logo, name, imagery) without prior written approval. You may not target users in crisis with promotional content. Violations result in immediate programme termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Payments
Commissions are paid via bank transfer or PayPal to the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any taxes on affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction. THERAHAA Wellness will provide an annual earnings statement upon request.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the programme at any time. Upon termination, you will receive any earned but unpaid commissions within 60 days, provided no fraud or policy violations occurred. THERAHAA Wellness may withhold commissions in cases of policy violations, fraud, or chargebacks directly attributable to your referrals.
Programme changes
THERAHAA Wellness reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or discontinue the programme with 30 days written notice to active affiliates.
